On Tuesday, June 14th, several members of the Alabama Concrete Industries Association joined Gov. Robert Bentley for the signing of House Bill 88, which allows a four-axle ready mix truck to weigh 82,500 regardless of individual axle weight. This bill was ACIA’s top priority for the 2016 Legislative Session.

We would like to thank Representative Barry Moore who carried the bill in the House and Senator Gerald Dial who carried the legislation in the Senate. The legislation will become law on August 1.
